These terms explain the basic conditions for using ImageSwift.
Overview
Use ImageSwift lawfully and only with files you are permitted to process. You are responsible for the images and documents you upload or process. Results should be reviewed before use, especially AI-generated or automatically transformed content. The service is provided on an availability basis and features may change as the project evolves.
Your files
You may only process images and PDFs you are allowed to use. You are responsible for anything you send through Suggest a caption or AI Photo Studio, because those actions transmit the picture. Review every export before you rely on it. AI edits can change faces, text, and logos even outside a painted mask. A local crop, resize, or compress does not review the picture for you either.
Android app: Premium and coins
The ImageSwift Android app is free to use with ads. You can optionally buy Premium (a subscription) or coin packs through Google Play.
Premium removes ads and includes a monthly allowance of AI Photo Studio edits (shown in the app). It renews automatically each month or year until you cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period. Unused monthly edits do not carry over.
Coins pay for AI Photo Studio edits. Coin packs are one-time purchases, never expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. You can also earn a small number of coins by watching rewarded videos; we may limit how many you can earn per day.
Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play and follow its policies. If an AI edit fails, the coins or included edit used for it are returned automatically. We may change prices, allowances and limits, and we may refuse or reverse credits obtained through fraud, chargebacks or modified apps.
The service
Tools can change as the site changes. A control that exists today can be limited by your browser. PDF.js, jsPDF, and the background-removal model are loaded when you use the tool that needs them. The service is offered as available. Check the output before you print it, file it, or send it to someone else.
