Privacy Policy
ImageSwift is designed with privacy in mind. Core browser-based processing is intended to happen locally whenever the tool supports it.
Overview
Files selected for local browser processing are handled by your browser and are not intentionally uploaded by those tools. AI Photo Studio sends the compact editing input to the site Worker AI endpoint when you request an AI generation. Third-party services used by the site may process limited technical data according to their own policies. ImageSwift may show Google AdSense advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites — see Google Ads policies and our Cookie Policy. We do not ask you to submit unnecessary personal information.
Images and the worker
Convert, compress, resize, crop, rotate, filters, collage, favicon export, metadata removal, image-to-PDF, and PDF-to-image run in the browser. Remove Background downloads @imgly/background-removal 1.7.0 and runs the cutout locally. Suggest a caption calls /api/ai-caption. AI Photo Studio calls /api/ai-edit when you generate and /api/ai-prompt when you ask for wording help. Do not use those two actions for images you cannot send.
ImageSwift Android app
The Android app works without an account. It uses a random install ID that is created on your device and is not linked to your name, email or phone. The ID is sent to our server with wallet requests and AI edit requests so that your coin balance, Premium status and daily limits are kept on the server and cannot be altered on the phone.
Photos and prompts. Background removal and the other tools run on your device. When you run AI Photo Studio, a reduced copy of your photo, the optional mask and your text prompt are sent to our server and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to create the result. We do not keep the photo, mask, prompt or result after the request finishes.
Purchases. Premium and coin packs are bought through Google Play, which handles your payment details; we never receive them. The app sends the Google Play purchase token to our server, which verifies it with Google and stores a shortened one-way hash of the token together with the result (coins credited, Premium expiry date).
Ads. Free users see ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID and device information as described in Google Ads policies. Where required, the app asks for your consent with Google's consent form, and you can change it in the app. When you finish a rewarded video, AdMob tells our server (using your install ID and a transaction ID) so that the coins can be credited. Premium members see no ads.
Retention and your choices. Server records contain only the anonymous install ID, the coin balance, Premium dates, hashed purchase references and usage counters. Uninstalling the app removes data stored on your phone. To ask us to delete the server record for your install, use the contact page.
Preferences and ads
The theme control stores imageswift-theme in local storage on your device. ImageSwift may show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. Ad choices and the cookie policy describe that. We do not ask you to create an account to use the tools.
